OUR TEAM
Christopher Wirth is the Principal Broker of Block Ventures™. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude. He has over 10 years of experience as an Executive at a publicly traded REIT operating primarily in the hospitality sector. He was involved in all facets including operations, acquisition/disposition (1031 exchanges), private placements / syndications, revenue management, feasibility studies, and receivership.
He has an extensive background in commercial real estate investment including hospitality, mini storage, multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and vacant land. Christopher was the point of contact for over 2,000 public investors and 1,000 private accredited investors. Through detailed feasibility studies, he successfully restructured and renovated over $82 million in hospitality assets as well as raised over $35 million in private equity through 11 highly successful syndications.
Christopher is especially proud to have built long-lasting relationships working closely with owners, operators, and accredited investors by surpassing expectations. He believes owners and investors seek three main objectives; protect equity, consistent distributions, and long-term capital gain. Understanding client goals is imperative, allowing Block Ventures™ to deliver superior results through our proprietary platform as one of the most competitive commercial real estate firms in Kentucky.
Claire Wirth is head of Business Development at Block Ventures and began her real estate career in Scottsdale, AZ flipping residential properties before moving to commercial assets. She credits much of her success to close investor and lending relationships enabling successful acquisitions in all market conditions. She brought this experience to Kentucky and is especially keen on adaptive reuse projects. She is passionate about development with an eye for both form and function.
Claire has always been passionate about improving her community beyond just commercial real estate as an active advocate serving in the foster care and adoption community.
